General terms and conditions of the online store Balansa Slackline have been compiled in accordance with the Sloveinan laws (Data Protection – ZVOP-1 and Law on Electronic Communications – ZEKom-1) and the General Regulation of the EU on Data Protection.
The Balansa Slackline Online Store (hereinafter referred to as “Shop”) is managed by the Balansa Slackline – Sports, Culture and Research Association (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”).

General terms and conditions deal with the operation of the trade, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the seller and the buyer. Before placing an order, the User is warned every time about the general terms and conditions and confirms her/his acquaintance with the award of the contract.

Accessibility of information
The seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the following information before being bound by the contract or offer: a) the company’s identity (name and registered office, registry number);
b) contact information that enables the user to quickly and effectively communicate (e-mail, phone),
c) essential characteristics of goods or services
d) accessibility of articles (each article or service offered on the site should be accessible within a reasonable time),
e) terms of delivery of articles (manner, place and deadline of delivery),
f) All prices must be clearly and unambiguously set out and must be shown, whether they already contain taxes and transport costs,
g) the method of payment and delivery,
h) time validity of the order,
i) time limit within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; moreover, if and to what extent the buyer’s returns the item,
j) an explanation of the complaint procedure, including any contact details of the contact person or the customer service department.
Items offered via Balance Slackline online store are the company’s own products or the common products of some of the partners. Product prices are presented as retail prices and do not include VAT. VAT is not charged on the basis of 1st paragraph of 94th rule of the Value Added Tax Act (we are not subject to VAT).
The sales contract between the seller and the buyer is generated at the moment when the online store sends the first electronic message about the status of its order (with the title: Your order has been accepted). From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the seller and the buyer.
A sales contract (i.e., the first electronic message about the status of the order) is stored electronically on the seller’s server.
The seller offers the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer to the account of the seller after receiving order confirmation email.
- Payment at delivery (only in Slovenia).
- PayPal (including credit cards).
In case the Buyer has no PayPal account, the conditions for payments without PayPal account will apply which can be viewed at: https://www.paypal.com/ie/webapps/mpp/ua/legalhub-full?locale.x=en_US.
If the Client chooses “PayPal” as payment method, she/he initiates also a payment order to PayPal by clicking the button finalizing the order process. In this case, the Seller declares her/his acceptance of the Buyer’s offer already at the time when the Buyer initiates the payment transaction by clicking the button finalizing the ordering process.
When submitting the ordered items, the seller also supplies the customer with an invoice. It contains the price and all costs associated with the purchase.
The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data on issued invoices. Later complaints are not considered.
Product prices are presented as retail prices and do not include VAT. VAT is not charged on the basis of 1st paragraph of 94th rule of the Slovenian Value Added Tax Act (we are not subject to VAT).
The prices are valid at the time of submiting an order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices apply in the case of payment with the above payment methods, subject to the above conditions.
The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is entered into the online store at www.balansa.si at the moment when the online store sends the first electronic message about the status of its order (with the title: Your order has been accepted). From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the seller and the buyer.
1. Order accepted
After ordering, the customer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. At this step, the buyer has the opportunity within one hour to cancel the order by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Order confirmed
If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order is processed further when the seller reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it for a reason. In order to verify data or to ensure the accuracy of the supply, the seller may call the customer to his contact telephone number. Through the e-mail, the seller informs the buyer of up-to-date information related to the supply of goods. If the delivery period is accidentally longer than 3 business days and the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer can notify this to the seller who will remove the item from the order and return to the buyer any funds already paid.
The seller does not assume any responsibility for any damage that would result from longer delivery times or because of the non-supply of goods that the seller does not have in stock in his own warehouse.
3. Goods dispatched
The seller prepares and dispatches goods within the agreed time.
Right to cancle the purchase and return the goods
The buyer has the right to communicate to the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods (at contact email@example.com or phone: +386 31 782952) to withdraw from the contract without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost to the buyer in respect of cancellation is the cost of returning goods. Goods must be returned to the seller no later than within 30 days of the cancellation of the contract (from withdrawal from the purchase).
The received goods must be returned undamaged and unchanged, unless the goods have been destroyed, defective, lost, or their quantity has decreased, without the buyer being guilty.
When returning items where the promotional code was used, these assets are considered as a discount and are not refunded at the refund (the paid amount is refunded), and the paid amount is returned to the customer’s bank account.
Returning the buyer payments will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal. Returns of payments are made to the buyers bank account.
The return of the goods received to the seller within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract shall be considered a notice of withdrawal.

If you are not satisfied with our product or think that it is not what you expected or as it is written in the product description, please send us back the product to the address: Balance Slackline, Krivec 44, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, and we will return you your money. When returning, it is essential to state the reasons for the refund and all the information that the seller needs to successfully return the purchase cost (contact details, bank account number).
Seller will deliver the goods or services within the agreed time.
Seller will endeavour to dispatch the ordered goods at the latest on the next business day upon order.
The seller reserves the right to send the goods later, but never longer than 3 business days after the receipt of the order. The shipment time depends on the delivery partner for the shipments and the seller has no influence on it.
Delivery partner is GLS, but the seller reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this can make the order more efficient.
The cost of delivery is calculated automatically when ordering goods and is part of the final price of the order.

and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal
data and payments.
Protection of personal data
You can visit our site without mentioning your personal information. The personal data entry is only required when the order form is completed on the Web shop page, whereby the user submits the following personal data for the purchase of the product: name, surname, address, postal code, country, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address of the user from which he/she access to the site.
The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user on his server.
The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, accounts) and other necessary communication.
In no case shall the user’s information be handed over to unauthorized persons.
Seller will contact the user via means of distance communications only if this user does not explicitly object and in accordance with the ZEKom-1 provisions.
Limitation of liability
The provider is making every effort to ensure the up-to-date and correctness of the data published on the website. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the articles, the delivery period or the price may change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the seller will notify the buyer of the changes and will allow him to resign from the order or to replace the ordered item.
Although the seller is trying to provide accurate photographs of sales items, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not provide the features of the article.
The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and in any way, regardless of the reason and without prior notice.
Complaints and disputes
The seller respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. The seller is working on to fulfil its duty to provide an effective complaint handling system.
