Balansa Foam Board uporabljam okoli pol leta, 3-4x tedensko. Ob jogi in nekaj vajah za moč s tem pripomočkom poskrbim za dodatno vadbo stabilizacije, ravnotežja in koncentracije. V tem času sem ugotovil, da Balansa Foam Board omogoča zelo prijetno in varno vadbo, spodbuja k napredku pri vadbi, z dodatnimi penami omogoča prilagajanje osvojeni težavnosti, obenem pa je enostaven za uporabo in shranjevanje. Preko 10 let se ukvarjam s slackline. Pri Balanasa sem opravil začetniški tečaj in nato več let užival v mnogih slack druženjih v SLO [Ljubljana, Bloško jezero, ... ] in HR [Pula/Vinkuran]... Od 2024 pa imam še Balansa Foam board. Uporabljam ga v dveh okoljih: doma ter kot pedagog. Odlično, smart orodje za negovanje ravnotežnih spretnosti in koordinacije, fokusa, dihanja, flowa... ne zavzame skoraj nič prostora doma ali v avtu, v zabavo je mojim učencem,... LAHKO PRIPOROČAM!!! 👍

Well, the Balansa foam board is now a permanent part of my computer workstation, alongside my ergonomic chair and walking desk. After just a few days of use, I noticed better muscle tone in my glutes and back, stronger ankle muscles, and improved coordination while trail running. As with the walking desk, it took less than a week before I was able to use the board while working on computer-based tasks without losing focus. I especially recommend using it while listening to music, as it encourages more dynamic movement and gives you a sense of free-form dancing, even during longer work sessions. It’s a very useful and fun addition to my work setup. I totally recommend it.

cherchais quelque chose pour travailler mon équilibre. Finalement je suis tombé sur les "slacklines". A force de m'y essayer, j'y ai pris goût, j'aime tenter de jouer au funambule, même si pour l'instant, je tombe après quelques secondes. Je me suis mis à chercher quelque chose pour pouvoir m'entraîner dans mon appartement. Il existe quelques modèles en acier mais le Woodie de Balansa , malgré son prix un peu plus élevé, m'a directement séduit. Proposé par une association de passionnés, pas juste une compagnie. En bois solide mais malgré tout élastique et cela fait toute la différence car cette combinaison permet sur le Woodie de faire même des sauts si vous en êtes capable, il ne se cassera pas. Il permet à des gens d'un poids plus élevé comme moi (+- 90 kg) aussi de pratiquer dessus. Je l'adore, il est joli en plus fabriqué tout en bois. Il peut se replier rapidement et ne prendre que relativement peu de place. Déplié, prêt à l'emploi, aussi en quelques minutes, 3 mètres pour s'exercer en tout sécurité, même si au début, être à 45cm du sol, cela fait un peu peur mais on s'y habitue rapidement.
